How can I pay?

Medicare bulk billing
Standard eye exams are bulk billed for eligible Medicare cardholders. Bring your Medicare card to each visit.

Health funds on the spot
Glasses, contact lenses and some treatments are claimed through HICAPS at the desk, so you only pay the gap.

Surgery quotes
Before surgery you receive a written quote showing the surgeon fee, expected rebates and your out-of-pocket cost.

Card, cash and Apple Pay
All major cards are accepted. Payment is due on the day unless a plan has been agreed in writing.
Common questions
Every patient is different. A complex contact lens fitting takes more time than a simple one, and surgical fees depend on the eye and lens chosen. The "from" price is the starting point, and you are told the exact fee first.
