Booking requests
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed when our team contacts you. For sudden vision changes or an eye injury, call the practice or 000.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.
Fees
Prices shown are starting fees. Any fee beyond a bulk billed exam is explained before a test or treatment begins, and surgical fees are quoted in writing.
